Responsibilities:

Technical Operations Leadership: Provide leadership and direction in managing the blended tech ecosystem comprising macOS and Windows devices, Cisco switches, Fortinet firewalls, and BYOD integration.

Endpoint Management Expertise: Oversee the efficient functioning and configuration of Jamf for macOS devices and Intune for Windows devices, ensuring security, compliance, and streamlined operations.

Network Infrastructure Management: Supervise the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of Cisco switches and Fortinet firewalls to ensure robust network performance and security.

Strategic Planning and Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to optimise system performance, scalability, and reliability while identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to align technical operations with organisational goals, ensuring seamless integration and support across departments.
Team Management and Mentorship: Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Technical Issue Resolution: Act as a key point of contact for technical escalations, leading the resolution process and ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Incident Management: Maintaining detailed incident documentation, including the actions taken and lessons learned, is essential for future reference and improvement. Handel the escalation and highlight the issue to management if required. Share the detailed weekly incident reports with the Manager.

Vendor Coordination: Need to coordinate with ISP, hardware or application OEMs, i.e Dell, HP etc. for support

IT Infra: Manage the IT infra and update to management in case any change or upgradation is required in the infra.

Asset Inventory: Maintain an assets inventory register for your locations to keep track of IT assets.
