Job Responsibilities:


Administer processing and closing of all loan products and evaluate and prepare all required loan documents depending on the nature of the facility and ensure that the contents of loan documents are in line with approved terms
Provide assistance to all existing and new partners and resolve all issues, drafting and finalizing the facility documents, executing the same, and submitting it internally for disbursement of facilities
Vetting all constitutional, and facility documents of the borrower for the purpose of disbursement of credit facility/ facilities. Ensuring that the borrowers are complying with provisions of applicable laws for the proposed borrowing
Maintaining professional relationships with all partners
Prepare and draft all amendments to the loan documents and prepare all consent letters, No Objection Certificates, No Dues Certificates, and Pari Passu letters and other related letters
Obtain all required approvals/ deviations/ deferrals for pre disbursement, and post-disbursement compliances from relevant authorities
Maintain knowledge of all Wholesale loan products along with the company’s policies and procedures
Obtain all missing information and evaluate all documents for accuracy and assist eliminate and resolve all discrepancies in coordination with the partners and internally.
Track the post disbursement compliances such as the creation of charges, the satisfaction of charges, and other applicable compliances
Maintain trackers on the Hypothecated Assets
Co-ordination with Compliance/ Legal/ Operations/ Finance team for getting the disbursements done
Should be capable of thinking of continuous improvement efforts driven by insights to improve the existing processes
Handling transactions end to end which includes leading due diligence efforts, preparing credit appraisal notes, managing legal documentation along with post disbursement monitoring
Financial & business analysis as per our business requirements
Should be able to juggle multiple requests, and prioritize deliverables according to the business requirements


Professional Qualifications:


Should have a background in the financial services industry, preferably Wholesale Lending in Banking or NBFCs
1-4 years of experience in documentation management
Understanding of direct/indirect Wholesale lending products and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
Eye for details and identify the issues

Educational Qualifications:
CA/ MBA/ Degree in finance
