We are seeking a highly driven and experienced PR & Communication Lead for
Credit Saison India. This is an opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping the
communications strategy as the company builds on its success and deepens its
presence in the market. The role reports to the Head of Marketing, India.
The PR & Communications lead is pivotal in building reputation for the brand and
leadership team. You will oversee the company’s PR efforts, drive strategic initiatives
to build trust and transparency with stakeholders, collaborate with C-Suite executives
and internal teams to effectively execute communication policies and identify apt
opportunities to enhance awareness about the company, and business verticals.

experience and authentic interest in finance, an entrepreneurial mindset with a
willingness to build things from the ground-up.
Responsibilities: -
- Lead and execute communication plans, including PR campaigns, to promote
company milestones, product-related initiatives, C-suite profiling, and thought
leadership
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and
industry influencers to secure positive coverage and manage crisis
communications effectively
- Craft compelling narratives that highlight the significance and impact of Credit
Saison India’s initiatives
- Create wide range of communication materials, including reports,
presentations, white papers, press releases, newsletters etc
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their
communication needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and accurate
dissemination of information, internally and externally
- Ensure that all communication is clear, timely and accurate
- Ring-fence Credit Saison India against any reputational risk
- Be up to date with all communication activity and emerging themes in financial
sector
Key Skills

Exception verbal and written English communication skills
Fluency in English and proficiency in regional languages

Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and

Experience Required
8-10 years’ experience in communications /PR/Journalism/Corporate
communication in a related field
Experience in financial sector
Experienced in handling agency and working with C-suite executives
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in communications or a related field
Masters degree or additional certifications in a related field would be an advantage
