Job Responsibilities:
Source & seamlessly onboard new lending partnerships across different industry
verticals such as Merchant Loans / SME lending / Supply Chain Financing / Secured Loans
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks,
providing insights to formulate GTM strategies for newer product segments
Oversee the end-to-end management of lending partnerships and Continuous
engagement with lending partners to drive business, achieve scale and ensure proper
account planning.
Ensure end-to-end management of seamless integration to take a partnership live. This
will involve skillset for internal stakeholder management (such as risk, product,
compliance, operations) and relationship management with the partner
Working closely with partners to iron out process related gaps, setting up standard
operations processes and keep running strategic initiatives to scale higher volumes with
the lending partner
Strategic thinking & eye for compliance, processes, risk understanding to champion the
role of a Business Partner for the external as well as internal stakeholder
Demonstrated deep understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance
standards within the Fintech and lending space.
Negotiation abilities to close key business terms and demonstrated understanding of
business contracts
Support in any key management initiatives, establish measurable milestones and publish
usable insights for other lines of business
Should be able to juggle across multiple tasks, different partnerships and work in a high
energy environment
Professional Qualifications:
Should have a background in lending, preferably merchant lending or SME lending
Experience of working in consulting / fintech / co-lending partnerships / will be
preferred especially in a multi-partnership management environment
7 -10 years of experience in sustained client relationship management and experience of
engaging with senior management / leadership level stakeholders
Great analytical, reasoning abilities, communication and presentation skill required to
excel in the job
Networking and business development skills and an existing network of leading players
in merchant or SME lending shall be preferred
Educational Qualifications:
Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in
management (PGDM) from premier institutes only
