Job Description

As a Manager - Talent Management, you will be a key contributor to shaping Credit Saison India's talent landscape, supporting our growth journey by driving impactful talent strategies and programs. This role will require a strong focus on talent identification, engagement, and development, and the ability to collaborate across teams and functions to ensure the success of Credit Saison’s business objectives.

    Drive programs in talent identification, talent assessment, planning, succession management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
    Work closely with critical functions such as people partners, culture & engagement, talent acquisition, comp & ben to deliver integrated and impactful talent solutions.
    Conduct discovery, formulate strategies, design solutions, and deliver on key objectives for the talent management function.
    Assess the effectiveness of talent processes and programs, develop improvements, introduce automation where applicable, and establish metrics to measure outcomes.
    Maintain a deep understanding of the internal talent strategy and leverage insights on external trends to proactively align talent initiatives with evolving business needs.


Skill Set Required:

    MBA/PGDM in HR or related fields from a Tier 1/2 business school.
    2-5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR domains.
    Expertise in talent identification frameworks and employee development strategies.
    Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and influence relationships at all levels.
    Proficiency in HR technology and talent management tools.
    A proactive and strategic mindset with attention to detail and execution
