About the role:
Loan servicing, Closure team manages/execute all transaction /adjustments in the loan portfolio i.e. closures, settlement, refunds, Part-Payment and restructure/repricing for Retail, Secured and Digital LOB.
Management of Pan India Insurance management which would include management of insurance float maintained with the multiple Insurance partners, remittance of Insurance premium for all the customers, processing of Insurance cancellations & refunds & maintenance of Insurance data base including Policy details
Query Desk – Responsible for tracking customer/business queries received at a Pan India level & ensuring that all such requests/complaints are responded with an intent of maintaining high levels of FTR’s. Role holder will be responsible for keeping the data for all the queries/requests/complaints received at Operations desk & ensuring TAT & resolution quality & closures.
The Role is responsible for managing the following centralized processes of Operations
Foreclosure management and Settlement process for Retail Assets
Refunds and Part payments management for Retail Assets
Institutional loans servicing
Insurance Operations for Retail Assets
CKYC updation for all LOBs
Query/ Escalation resolution
