We are looking for a Vice President/Dy Vice President of Operations Strategy.
In this critical role, you will play a key role in defining the operations and customer
experience roadmap by working closely with the Operations leadership, you will:
- Identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities, including vendor
diversification and automations.
- Help to identify and  implement new technologies to enhance customer
experience and operational efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth competition benchmarking and identifying best practices
available  in the ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a variety of key
projects
Who We Are Looking For

You possess a deep understanding of the Indian financial services landscape,
particularly the NBFC sector and the dynamics of digital disruption. Here
are the key qualities we seek:- Proven Strategy Expertise (8+ years):
A demonstrably successful track record in
developing and executing high-impact projects for leading financial
institutions or NBFCs.
- Digital Acumen: Deep understanding of the digital financial services ecosystem,
emerging technologies (FinTech, AI, Blockchain), and their potential to revolutionize
the NBFC space.
- Leadership Presence: An inspiring and collaborative leader who can effectively
communicate complex strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
- Analytical Prowess: Highly analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills,
leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision-making.
