Basic Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Economics or Engineering discipline
CA/ MBA or equivalent degree in Finance
1-4 years of experience working in Treasury/Fund Raising team
NBFC/HFC experience mandatory
Key Responsibilities :
Manage relationships Banks – Pvt, PSU, MNC for Term Loans, WCDL etc
Liaising with credit rating agencies for long-term and short-term ratings of the Company
Prepare information deck for borrowing program covering company profile, financial details, projections etc
Prepare various data and presentations required for ALCO/Lender meetings
Preparing loan application/credit note to be submitted to banks on timely basis
Assist in preparing and executing borrowing documentation
Managing compliances pertaining to borrowing of the Company
Interaction with Security Trustees, Legal Counsel, internal teams etc
