Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect – Banking & Financial Services

Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 12+ years of experience in the lending and banking sector within the Indian market. You will be responsible for leading the technical design, implementation, and integration of Salesforce across our banking and lending platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architecting and Implementing Salesforce Solutions:
- Architect Salesforce-based solutions tailored for the banking and lending sector in India, integrating with core banking systems and third-party applications.
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce customizations (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) and integration with external systems using APIs.
2. End-to-End Solution Ownership:
- Design and manage Salesforce solutions that encompass customer onboarding, loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections.
- Lead the development and integration of Salesforce with external financial platforms, LOS, LMS systems, credit bureaus, and payment gateways.
3. Compliance and Data Security:
- Ensure that all Salesforce implementations comply with Indian banking regulations, including KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines.
- Implement best practices in security and data privacy using Salesforce Shield or similar tools, ensuring the protection of sensitive financial data.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to define system requirements, ensuring Salesforce solutions meet the organisation's strategic goals.
- Act as a key liaison between technology and business teams to ensure seamless delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
5. Performance Optimization:
- Continuously optimise Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability, particularly in high-volume lending environments.
- Leverage Salesforce’s reporting and analytics features to drive insights into loan performance, customer behaviour, and risk management.
Expertise:
- Bring deep understanding of lending products, including personal loans, mortgages, business loans, and credit cards, and tailor Salesforce solutions to meet specific financial product requirements.
- Stay up to date with RBI regulations, compliance standards, and market trends in digital lending to inform and adapt system designs.
