Job description: -
1. Prepare SOP such as training materials, updates, and enhancements for H2H, and process
management
2. MIS for all previously listed Process & Audit-related activities. Right now, all MIS preparation is
done by hand.
3. Onboarding Repository for Agreements, Documents, and Approvals, among Other Things
Verifying the agreements; b. Back and forth coordination
4. Weekly and monthly management information - billing, settlement, agency expiration and
renewal, and team follow-up about dependent activity closure
5. Regular emails about issues and questions brought up by the team
6. Centralised agency communication
7. Internal Staff Regulatory & Process Trainings
a. Process training for Teams along with monthly refreshers
b. Regulatory training for Agencies & acknowledgements on RBI Mandates.
C. Discussions with all the collections stakeholders and preparing the annual training calendar
for collections staff and agencies
8. New Projects for Kaizen & Six Sigma Certification
9. Also manager agencies training, process knowledge training and refresher training.
10. Ensuring repository of process related items for audit purposes
