Key Responsibilities:
Drive Deployment & adoption of New Products, Policies and systems by
constantly engaging with the sales teams.
Drive Channel & Location Activation as per Strategic Plan
Analyse track and share Productivity Metrics for the Sales Teams
Share regular data analytics around Sales Performance & Credit
Productivity.
Drive Campaigns and Contests to boost sales performance and Team
Morale.
Understand and analyse business data to help in decision making.
To identify process gaps and suggest new processes / process changes &
automation.
Take up Team Projects and pursue them to closure within stipulated
timelines.
Regular product health check and identifying the drivers and draggers for
smooth and sustained business growth to ensure TAT & Accuracy for
enhanced customer experience.
Lead, aid and facilitate Management Reviews.
Skill Sets desired:
Ability to assume independent responsibility.
Hands on knowledge of excel sheets, presentations, tracking and analytics
tools.
